Holiday Insurance Scheme

As you will see from our conditions of rental , cancellation of your booking cannot be accepted unless we are able to re-let the caravan. If we are unable to do this , then you are liable not only to forfeit the deposit paid but also pay the balance of rent. In the event of cancellation, we would therefore suggest that you consider insuring against this happening.

A Holiday Insurance Scheme specially arranged by Philip Williams and Co. is available at a charge of ¢G12 sterling per week and this payment must be made at the time of booking.The names of the members of your party should be listed in the booking form we send to you. In the event of Cancellation, Curtailment or Rearrangement, the Insurance Company will reimburse you.

For the benefit of occupants in general it is necessary to impose the following conditions:

1. To keep the caravan clean and tidy and leave in the same clean state and condition as it was at the commencement of your holiday.

2. No dogs, cats or domestic pets allowed ( assistance dogs only).

3. In the interests of safety no Bike riding is allowed on the premises.

4. Not to cause annoyance to other occupants by excessive noise at night.

5. Cars must be parked in the car park provided.

6. No more than six persons to occupy one caravan.

7. Your caravan will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00p.m. on the day of departure.

8. The accommodation is for families only. No single sex groups accepted.

9. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to property however caused or sustained.

10. A deposit of 25% of the rent must be paid to confirm booking, the balance to be paid on or before arrival. Regret no Credit card facility.

11. Deposit will be returned immediately if there is no caravan available for the period required.

12. Cancellation of booking cannot be accepted unless we are able to re-let the caravan.
