All terms are per week and there are no additional VAT charges. A non-returnable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The balance is due on the day of your arrival,regret no Credit card facility. Once booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental. In the event of cancellation, we would therefore suggest that you insure against this happening.

A Holiday Insurance Scheme specially arranged by Philip Williams and Co. is available at a charge of ¢G12 sterling per week and this payment must be made at the time of booking.The names of the members of your party should be listed in the booking form we send to you. In the event of Cancellation, Curtailment or Rearrangement, the Insurance Company will reimburse you.

Guests are responsible for the Cottage and are liable for any damage to the property or its contents. Cottages should be left in the same clean and tidy state as at the commencement of the stay.

No dogs , cats or domestic pets allowed ( assistance dogs only).

In the interests of safety no Bike riding is allowed on the premises.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury,loss or damage to property however caused or sustained.

No more than six persons to occupy a cottage.

In order to maintain our high standards your Holiday cottage will be available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

50 Units of Electricity are allowed free of charge per week. Any units above this are charged at the standard rate. Please settle your electricity bill prior to departure.

Beds made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own towels.
